Firstly when I get there I called the front desk for help as I am disabled, a gentleman named Patrick came out immediately to assist me. He was very kind to get me a wheelchair and after checking in, he took me along with my stuff straight to the room. I truly appreciated that moment and felt so comfortable and safe.

I didn't have breakfast since it started well after I had to leave for work everyday. It could be served earlier.

The location of this hotel is a short walk to the racetrack which was our purpose of being there! The check in process was very smooth! We enjoyed the comfy beds. The hotel looked clean.

Staff did wonderful and were always helpful and polite on the phone. I had to merge 2 reservations I made through an internet travel site. They accommodated me perfectly even though it was there issue. Fridge and microwave in the room. I did have to request microwave as they are not replacing then as they die
